Graduates
If you, the graduate, require additional assistance please indicate this when you complete the ceremony registration process. The Office of Special Events will reach out to you directly after you have successfully registered for the ceremony.
Guests
- All entrances to the Petersen Events Center are ADA-compliant.
- Guests who require accessible seating will be able to find seating in the lower bowl at the back of each section. Ushers will be in place to assist guests in finding seating.
- Wheelchairs are available in a limited quantity and on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Assistive Listening Devices are available for guests with hearing disabilities at all Petersen Events Center events. To obtain an Assistive Listening Device, please visit our Guest Services location and check out a device by leaving a photo ID. Guest Services is located behind Section 118/119 on the Main Concourse.
- An ASL interpreter will also be present and live on-screen for all guests throughout the ceremony.
