Graduates
If you, the graduate, require additional assistance, please indicate this when you complete the ceremony registration process. The Office of Special Events will reach out to you directly after you have successfully registered for the ceremony.
Guests
There are two accessible entrances into the building, depending on which direction you are coming from. If you are coming from Allequippa Street, the accessible entrance is located at the Sports Performance Center. Follow the sidewalk to the first entry door on the left. Once inside the building, follow signage directing you to the elevator. If you are coming from Terrace Street, you must enter the Petersen Events Center, and board the elevator. Once aboard the elevator, select level "LL." From there, you will cross directly into the Victory Heights Arena via the main entrance.
- Guests who require accessible seating will be able to find seating around the bowl in the back of each section.
- Wheelchairs are available in a limited quantity and on a first-come, first-served basis.
- An ASL interpreter will also be present and live on-screen for all guests throughout the ceremony.
Accessible Parking
- The BioScience Tower Garage (BST) garage is the closest accessible parking garage to the Victory Heights Arena. The BST garage accessible entrance is diagonal to the front of the building on Terrace Street. A valid placard or license plate is required to park in the accessible spaces in this garage. All guests are encouraged to arrive early in an attempt to secure parking that best accommodates their needs.

Accessible Drop-off
The easiest drop-off point is located directly to the North side of the building on Allequippa Street. Signage will be placed for ease of entry.
