All entrances for Graduates and Guests open at 1 p.m. Review gate locations and security measures prior to arrival. If you do not have your Name Announcement Card printed and with you, you will not be granted entry into the Petersen Events Center. If you are having a printing issue, you may call the technology help desk at 412-624-HELP. A digital copy of your Name Announcement Card on any device will not be accepted.

If you are having difficulties printing your Name Announcement Card, follow these instructions.

University owned parking garages and lots are open and free to the public on Sunday, December 14. Shuttle routes, locations and maps are available.

Entrance to the Petersen Events Center is a digital process. Please be sure to have your tickets downloaded to your smart device. The Office of Special Events sent all successfully registered candidates their tickets on Monday, December 8 with the subject line: LINK NOW LIVE | Commencement tickets for your guests have arrived! Be sure to check your spam and junk folders.

Additional tickets for guests will be available beginning at 1 p.m. on Sunday, December 14, and on a first come, first serve basis. Guests may visit the Will Call window located at Concourse A of the Petersen Event Center. A maximum of (2) tickets will be available per individual with valid ID (student ID, Driver’s License, or Passport are all valid forms of identification).

If you have not registered for the ceremony, registration was closed on November 20, at 6 p.m. This information was conveyed both on the website and in the invitations. Any response or attempt to register after this deadline will not be accepted.

If you still need to purchase regalia, you can visit the University Store on Fifth.
