Pitt's University-wide commencement ceremony on May 1 for Class of 2022 undergraduate students—as well as the April 30 ceremony for Class of 2020 undergraduate and graduate/professional graduates—will be held at the Petersen Events Center, a 12,508-seat multi-purpose arena on the Pittsburgh campus
